Tips for our customers
A desktop machine that allows using pre-made blanks of blisters to manually fill in capsules to press and weld a layer of aluminum foil. It has the function of stamping the expiration date and production date. Attention - the machine does not form blisters, but only welds the foil. Blister blanks can be purchased from us. The machine is installed on the table. Before use, the client must order from the manufacturer an aluminum matrix according to his design, and have ready-made blanks for empty blisters. Manually, it is necessary to place an empty blister in an aluminum mold, fill all cells with tablets or capsules, cover with aluminum foil on top. Move the aluminum mold inward, turn on the temperature controller and set the desired heating temperature, then manually press the foil onto the PVC with a lever. After a pause, it is necessary to remove the aluminum form and get the finished blister.
