The fluidized bed pelletizer is a new type of pelletizing machine that combines spray drying and fluidized bed pelletizing techniques. The equipment uses the negative pressure of hot air flow to dry the liquid in the spray chamber and the liquid on the materials very quickly, and to bond the particles into a homogeneous mass – pellets. The size of pellets can be controlled by changing the parameters. The granulator is suitable for making dry beverage granules, raw materials for tablets and capsules, slow release granules, fast dissolving granules for food and beverages, chemical granules, etc. Combined spraying, drying, mixing and pelletizing functions in one machine.
