Universal model of automatic blistering machine for packing tablets and gelatin capsules into blister packs. The design of the equipment provides a system of work with roll packaging materials PVC and aluminum foil. The machine has a system of pulling materials, when heated on the PVC belt formed cells, then through the hopper with a distribution system tablets or gelatin capsules fall into the cells. Aluminum foil covers the PVC and is heat welded. The finished blisters are cut in a press mold. The process is fully automated and all heating systems are electronically controlled. Embossing of expiration date and batch number with dial metal letters. Cooling of the molds is provided by running or recycled water. It is necessary to use a compressor with compressed air.
