Vertical automatic cartoning machine – designed for packing blisters with ampoules and solutions for injection into cardboard boxes. The equipment performs such functions as folding in 1-4 folds of the insert sheet, forming boxes, filling boxes with product and insert sheet, printing the batch number and sealing the box from both sides. The whole packaging process is automatic. The machine can be equipped with a hot glue sealing device. The machine is equipped with world famous brand components, such as PLC touch screen, frequency converters, etc. Monitoring devices ensure quality and stability: automatic stop in case of overload, automatic removal of empty (or missing insert sheet) boxes, counting of finished products, alarm, automatic status display on the screen.
