VIAL PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY

The automatic cartoning machine is a programmable, fully automated cartoner with a maximum speed of 180 packs per minute. It is used in medical, food, retail, chemical, electrical and metallurgical industries. The system is equipped with control and alarm sensors: optoelectronics, fiber optics, control and protection device against mechanical overload and malfunctions. The insert sheets are placed only in the boxes with viola, the boxes are closed only after the insertsheets have been placed. If empty boxes or missing inserts are detected, the machine gives a signal and steps automatically. The equipment is controlled by PLC and operator panel, ensuring stable operation even at high speed.
