1) TRAINING IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF COATING TABLETS AND DRAGEES.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of coating on dragees and tablets. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF DRAGEES.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the production of dragees. At the customer’s request we will choose the model of equipment for coating tablets and dragees with shells, shell atomization systems for dragee tablets.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and tabletop tablet and dragee coating machines. We are engaged in supply of spare parts for any model of coating equipment purchased in our company.

Additional information
Casing – fully enclosed with stainless steel sheets. The rotor and electric motor are accessible through the removable rear cover. From the motor pulley, the force is transmitted to the gearbox via a belt drive. A stainless steel coating machine is connected to the gearbox shaft. The coating machine is heated from below by a heating element. A hot air pipe is fed into the coating machine. The heated surface of the coating machine allows to maintain the temperature of the sugar syrup and evenly distribute the shell over the entire surface of the tablets. Introduction of the substance forming the shell into the tablets is carried out through a built in atomization system. On the body of the coating machine is fixed control unit with buttons “Start” and “Stop”. The undoubted advantage of the dragee coating machine is the small size of the desktop device. The use of stainless steel coating machine will allow you not to worry about oxidation of the working surface. The construction of the coating machine is made of stainless steel, which allows the use of detergents in the daily operation of the equipment. The construction is very stable.
