The capsule sorting equipment is designed to remove empty capsules, capsule fragments and waste after filling the capsules, and also automatically selects capsules whose weight is below the permissible norm. This model can be connected to the main production line. After the sorting process, the capsules can be polished. At the sorting site, clean compressed air collects empty capsules, fragments and capsules with low weight into the collector. The compressed air pressure is displayed on the decompression filter measuring valve, which can be adjusted to different requirements. The finished capsules are thrown out.
