Tabletop semi-automatic machine for ultrasonic edge sealing of plastic tubes with creams and ointments. Complemented with the function of tube position orientation according to the mark printed on the tube. The system of embossing expiration date and batch number is applied. There is also a mechanism for trimming the edge of the tube. It is used in the production of cosmetics, medicines, food products. The customer must provide the dimensions of the tubes. The manufacturer makes plastic molds to fit the customer’s tube size. One machine uses three interchangeable molds for one tube size. If necessary, it is possible to order sets of molds for all interesting tube sizes. Clamping of the tube edge is made by pneumatic drive. The height of the clamping jaws can be adjusted to the height of the tube.
