1) TRAINING IN COUNTING AND FILLING TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of counting and filling tablets and capsules. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used counting equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF COUNTERS CAPSULES.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for tablet production. At the customer’s request we will select the model of counters and filling machines for tablets and capsules, granulators, powder mixers, dust removal equipment and capsule polishers, printers for printing logos on capsules, filling and packaging equipment for gelatin capsules.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic counters and filling machines and supply spare parts for any model of counting machines purchased in our company.

Additional information
Number of tablets and gelatin capsules that can be set 0-9999. Stainless steel machine in accordance with GMP specifications. Easy to operate and requires no special training. Counting accuracy is calculated by special electric optical device. Vibrating feeding principle for fast and smooth operation. The counting speed can be adjusted according to the speed of manually feeding pill bottles. The interior of the machine can be equipped with a vacuum cleaner to avoid dust on the machine.
