Tablets or gelatin capsules are loaded into the storage hopper. Vibration from the hopper causes the tablets to fall in batches onto the rotary table. Centrifugal forces direct the tablets to the control unit. A Japanese optical sensor is installed in this unit. With the help of the computer control panel the necessary number of tablets for counting is set. After the last tablet has passed the sensor, the partition is switched from one bottle to another. Ability to count various sizes: capsules (size 000-5), tablets, pills, dragees and other similar products, width 3mm-30mm, height above 3mm regular and regular shape. PLC program, touch panel interface, easy maintenance, personnel do not require special training. Housing and components are made of SUS 304 and SUS 316 steel, meet GMP requirements. Variable speed control for vibrating feed hopper and rotary table speed. Dust accumulation device for equipment protection.
