Semi-automatic machine for filling plastic tubes and ultrasonic edge sealing of creams and ointments. Complemented with the function of tube position orientation according to the mark printed on the tube. The system of embossing expiration date and batch number is applied. There is also a mechanism for trimming the edge of the tube. It is used in the production of cosmetics, medicines, food products. The customer must provide the dimensions of the tubes. The manufacturer makes plastic molds to fit the size of the customer’s tubes. The design is a rotating table with 10 holes, in each hole is installed a plastic cup under the diameter of the tube. The operator performs only one function – installing empty tubes in the cups. Filling of the tube, orientation by photo mark, sealing of the edge and ejection of the finished tube is done automatically. Dosage setting is simple and easy to understand. If necessary, it is possible to order sets of molds for all sizes of tubes of interest. Clamping of the tube edge is pneumatically driven. The height of the clamping jaws can be adjusted to the height of the tube.
