Additional information
A rotary table feeds empty penicillin glass vials piece by piece onto a conveyor belt, which moves the vials to the filling unit. The machine fills two vials simultaneously. Optical sensors monitor the presence of vials. If there is no vial, there is no filling. From the storage hoppers rubber stoppers and aluminum caps are fed to the capping units, where the stoppers are corked bottles, and aluminum caps are put on top. The caps are mechanically sealed using rotating heads. The finished vials are taken away by an additional conveyor belt. The machine is a filling device on the conveyor line for oral solution, which is used for filling, capping, compression of glass bottles with the volume of 50-300 ml. The filling and sealing operation is combined in this machine with its advanced design and compact structure. The machine has 2 filling points. Great importance is attached to the stability of the bottles. To make a decision on the purchase of this equipment, we recommend sending photos and dimensions of bottles, stoppers and aluminum caps.
