A tablet press that can be used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, in powder metallurgy for the production of tablets, briquettes and boluses from loose powder materials. From the hopper, the powder is metered into the matrix. Direct compression of powder and granular materials is used. The tablet is produced by two punches (upper and lower) in the matrix. Replacing the press tool allows you to produce tablets with a diameter of 6 to 20 mm. The maximum height of the finished tablets is 13 mm. The design of the press provides for the installation of one, two and three positional punches, with one tablet of compression can produce 3 tablets with a diameter of 7 mm, or 2 tablets with a diameter of 10 mm or 1 tablet with a diameter of 20 mm. The press operates in automatic mode. Before switching on the press and starting the work, it is necessary to carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debug wheel with a handle. All adjusting works and adjustments are made in manual mode by rotating the wheel. Be careful when connecting the motor, the direction must match the arrow indicated. The powder is fed into the press through a funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and installed back. The feed of the powder from the hopper is through the feeder. When the press rotates, the powder is fed into the matrix, where the pressing takes place and then, by pushing the finished tablet onto the surface. On the body of the press there is a control unit. We make to order any sets of press tools (punch and matrix for rotary tablet presses).
