Tips for our customers
The vibrating counter and packer of tablets and hard gelatine capsules is part of an automatic line for packing tablets and gelatin capsules in plastic bottles with sealing the neck of the bottle with aluminum membranes, capping lids, and sticker self-adhesive labels. The design has wave-like guides along which tablets or gelatin capsules are moved to the control zone by optical sensors, and then into bottles. The quantity is programmed in the menu of the electronic control panel. Groups of tablets or capsules are poured into bottles that are fed into the filling zone via a conveyor belt. Next, the bottles are moved to the capping machine.
