1) TRAINING TECHNOLOGY FOR APPLYING A SHELL ON TABLETS AND JEWELERY.
To all our customers who have purchased equipment, we provide literature on the basics of coating the tablets and tablets. Tips for our customers
Compact compressor with atomizer system for use in modern pelleting boilers. When using a conventional manual spray gun, not very high-quality spraying occurs. When applying certain types of shell materials, a compact compressor allows to achieve a smaller fraction of the coating substance. The spray gun is easy to disassemble, has an additional brass nozzle, which allows you to spray the shell material into the cloud, or by stream. The advantage of the compressor is also that it creates a small pressure and you do not risk blowing off your tablets. It is much better and cheaper to use a spray gun complete with panning boilers than simply pour liquid into the boiler, or use a manual spray gun. A compact compressor is recommended for any film coating application.

This spray gun is used for airbrushing and nozzles allow you to apply a very thin layer of coating materials to the tablets.
