The system feeds empty plastic or glass vials piece by piece onto a conveyor belt, which moves the vials to the filling unit. The machine fills four vials at a time. Optical sensors monitor the presence of vials. If there is no vial, there is no filling. From the accumulating vibration hoppers caps are fed to the capping units, where the caps are corked vials, and screw caps are screwed on mechanically, with the help of rotating heads. Finished vials are taken away by an additional conveyor belt. The machine is a filling device on the conveyor line for oral solution, which is used for filling and sealing of plastic vials with the volume of 10-250 ml. The filling and sealing operation is combined in this machine with its advanced design and compact structure. Great importance is attached to the stability of the vials.
