The operator adjusts the equipment to the size of a cardboard box. Boxes are manually loaded into the cassette from which they enter the movement system. Packaging material from the roll is automatically fed into the wrapping area. All operations are performed at high speed completely automatically. At the exit, the client receives a wrapped box, which is thermally heated and tightly pressed to all sides of the box. Equipment ordering procedure: the client sends to our office the exact overall dimensions of the cardboard boxes, or indicates the sizes of several types of boxes. We send these sizes to the manufacturer in order to check the possibility of using equipment for these types of boxes. If the answer is yes, we accept the order to work. You will need to send 300-400 boxes of your size to the factory for debugging. When the equipment is ready, the manufacturer sends a video about the testing process of your machine. We have instructions in Russian for this machine.

We started with the operation of semi-automatic cellophanators, but over time, a higher speed was required. The choice was made in favor of this model - automatic. We are satisfied with the operation of the equipment, reconfiguration to another size takes time, but our mechanics have already mastered these processes.
