1) TRAINING WORK WITH THE MACHINE ON INDUCTION SEALING OF BOTTLES.
To all our customers who have purchased an automatic line for filling capsules and tablets in plastic bottles, we provide literature on the basics of packaging and capping. We carry out consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services in the implementation of the equipment for filling capsules and tablets into vials that were in use.
2) COMPLETE MANUFACTURE OF CAPSULES AND TABLETS.
We have a wide range of accessories for packing tablets and gelatin capsules. At the client’s request, we will select a model of a counting and filling machine, a machine for feeding caps and corking, equipment for sealing the neck of vials with first-opening control membranes, machines for packing moisture-removing sachets and labeling equipment in vials.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic machines for the induction welding of membranes for controlling the first opening of plastic bottles, manual table machines for counting tablets and capsules, and we supply spare parts for the equipment for packing tablets and capsules purchased in our company.

Tips for our customers
After capping, the bottles are moved to the machine by induction welding of an aluminum membrane to the neck of plastic bottles. Membranes are pre-inserted into the covers with the right side. Equipment for capping and screwing caps includes a storage hopper, a vertical conveyor caps, a node capping and node screw caps, as well as a horizontal conveyor bottles.
