Vacuum filler is a vacuum filling apparatus using a pneumatic vacuum pump as a vacuum source. Using a vacuum, fillers can be fed directly from the container to the mixer (mixer), reactor, hopper, flat press, packaging device, vibrating sieve, panning boiler and disintegrator. Using this device can alleviate workload intensity, put an end to powder contamination, and ensure GMP compliance. Compressed air enters the vacuum pump and discharge hopper. Vacuum filler generates air flow under vacuum. The material controlled by this air flow is fed into the vacuum hopper through a sleeve (hose). After some time (the time required for the above process), the compressed air is separated, the pneumatic vacuum pump cannot produce (generate) vacuum and the discharge hopper and, controlled by the pneumatic cylinder, opens. The vacuum in the vacuum filler disappears, and the material is automatically fed to the press and packaging device. At the same time, compressed air trapped in the air bag blows the filter in the opposite direction, which leads to automatic filter cleaning. After a while, the whole process starts over and a new cycle passes. Vacuum filler is equipped with automatic control of the level of the supplied material. When the level of the material is higher than the portion in the hopper of the device supplying the material, the vacuum filler stops filling, but when the level of the material is lower, the vacuum filler starts to work automatically.

With intensive use of a vacuum conveyor with finely dispersed materials, it is necessary to have a spare set of filters and an ultrasonic bath for washing them.
