The extrusion roll machine is mainly used for the pellet preparation process. The principle of operation is the use of a screw, in which moistened powder is fed through a die, where it is compacted into compact granules. Equipment consists of an extruder and a spheronizer having different control systems. AT wet granulation can completely eliminate dust. Highly high quality granules, good granules with a smooth surface, uniform distribution of particles inside the ball, density up to 0.8 gram / cm 3, up to 95%.
