The principle of operation is inside the hopper, a rotating plastic disk is mounted on the axis of the electric motor, the disk has groups of holes. At the request of the client, replaceable disks are made for each size and number of tablets. The tablets are poured into the hopper of the filling machine, the disk begins to rotate slowly, while the tablets fall into the cells of the disk, excess tablets are removed by the limiters. Pills from the cells fall into a special zone from which they are poured into substituted banks. The machine has an additional option - adjustable vibration, which helps to fill the cells with tablets. Vibration strength can be adjusted manually as needed. There is also a disc rotation control, you can adjust the rotation of the disc to 1.2 or more revolutions when the sensor key is triggered. This makes it possible to order a disk with groups of holes of 10 pieces and using only one disk, pack 10 tablets, 20 pieces, 30 pieces, and so on in jars. The calculating machine has an electronic speed control disc.
