To all our customers who have purchased an automatic line for filling capsules and tablets in plastic bottles, we provide literature on the basics of packaging and capping. We carry out consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services in the implementation of the equipment for filling capsules and tablets into vials that were in use.
2) WE COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF GELATINE CAPSULES AND TABLETS.
We have a wide range of accessories for packing tablets and gelatin capsules. Tips for our customers
To provide storage conditions for gelatin capsules and tablets packed in plastic bottles, you need to place inside a bag with a special substance - silica gel powder. This powder removes moisture and extends the shelf life and storage conditions. Finished sachets in a roll are placed in a special automatic machine, which dosed delivers one sachet of silica gel into the bottle. Empty bottles are conveyed. After placing the bag, the conveyor moves the bottles under the counting and filling machine, where capsules or tablets are loaded.

The main problem is that this equipment uses only sachets in rolls, where there are lines separating one sachet from another. It was difficult for us to find such suppliers of this finished material with silica gel. And it’s not cheap. Bulk bags are cheaper.
