1) TRAINING WITH MACHINES OF CLEANING OF BOTTLES AND AMPOULES.
To all our customers who have purchased equipment, we provide literature on the basics of washing bottles and ampoules in pharmaceutical production. We carry out consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide assistance in the implementation of bottling and capping equipment used.
2) WE ARE COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION BY CLEANING CARS.
We have a large assortment of additional equipment for pre-washing, rinsing, sterilizing glass and plastic bottles and ampoules. At the client’s request, we will select a filling and capping model, equipment for mixing liquids, and labeling equipment.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS

Tips for our customers
The machine has four receiving units, in which containers with ampoules or bottles are installed. The cover of the washing machine is hermetically sealed. Inside are groups of nozzles that supply water under pressure. The rotation speed is adjustable. After the washing process, the ampoules or bottles are dried by centrifugal rotation of the containers with ampoules and bottles. The quality of the sink complies with GMP standards. The machine effectively cleans the bottle inside and out of stains and blows off water droplets, which provides favorable conditions for the drying process. All parts are made of stainless steel.
