1) TRAINING WORK WITH TEA FILLING MACHINES.
To all our customers who have purchased equipment, we provide literature on the basics of packaging and packaging of tea. Tips for our customers
Prepared for packaging tea is loaded into the storage hopper. Servings are dosed in a volumetric manner. The table with holes rotates and the portions move to the bag forming zone. Filter paper from the roll is fed into the dosing zone. The machine forms a bag with three seams. After the formation of the tea bag, it is moved by the conveyor to the packaging unit. An envelope is formed from the rolled material into which a tea bag is automatically placed. Finished packages are loaded into a cardboard box at the bottom of the machine. The expiration date and batch number are applied by a special printer, which is supplied. The necessary settings and parameters are regulated by the operator on the electronic control panel.
