To all our customers who purchased the equipment, we provide literature on working with the transportation of powders and installation diagrams. We carry out consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide assistance in the sale of used powder transportation equipment.
2) WE COMPLETE PRODUCTION BY SCREW SYSTEMS OF POWDER MOVEMENT.
We have a large assortment of additional equipment for working with powder and bulk products. At the client’s request, we will select a model for installation in a line or on a separate machine for collecting powders from containers, or feeding powders into the hoppers of devices.

The screw conveyor for transferring powders without leakage ensures the quality and cleanliness of the working room. Transported materials: coffee, dextrose, rice, acetylsalicylic acid caustic soda, milk powder, sugar, crushed alumina, detergents, poultry feathers, tea, aluminum powder, dry paints, fish meal, nuts, wheat flour, boric acid, powder nickel, gelatin powder, peas, plastic granules, beer malt, yeast, coffee beans, gunpowder, potato flour, fertilizers, cocoa powder, dry glue, all kinds of powder materials. By means of a screw conveyor, they can be fed directly from the container to the mixer (mixer), reactor, hopper, flat press, packaging device, vibrating sieve, pan-coating boiler and disintegrator. Using this device can alleviate workload intensity, put an end to powder contamination, and ensure GMP compliance. After a while, the whole process starts over and a new cycle passes. Screw filler is equipped with automatic control of the level of feed material. When the level of the material is higher than the portion in the hopper of the device supplying the material, the screw conveyor stops filling, but when the level of the material is lower, it starts to work automatically.
