The automatic ampoule / vial packaging production line ZHM-250D is designed for the automatic packaging of vials or ampoules in blister packs and package inserts in cardboard boxes. The technological process is as follows: the formation of a blister, filling the blister with ampoules or bottles, heat sealing, cutting and packaging in cardboard boxes. It is controlled by a PLC controller and has advanced self-monitoring functions: identification of a broken blister, absence of a vial (ampoule), absence of a leaflet or empty box, rejection at a 100% level.
