The rotary press is compact and easy to set up. The RL-11D tablet press model is a rotary floor press. The press operates by transmitting rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which the rotor is located, via a gearbox. The press is designed for direct pressing of tablets. Productivity up to 16,500 tablets per hour. This model is supplied with a set of press molds: matrices of various diameters and shapes up to 40 mm and punches. The punch with a long body is the upper one and is installed in the upper part of the press. The punch with a short body and a long working part is the lower one and its task is to push the tablet out of the matrix. They are installed in the lower part of the press. The press operates in automatic mode. Before connecting the press to the network and starting work, you must carefully study the video instructions and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debug wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are made manually by rotating the wheel. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must match the arrow. Powder is loaded into the press through a removable funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, washed and installed back. Powder is fed from the hopper through a feeder. When the press rotor rotates, powder is fed into the matrix, where pressing occurs and then the finished tablet is pushed out to the surface. There is a control unit on the press body.
