MAIN CONTROL UNIT

When the set number of capsules is reached, it stops automatically.
EMPTY CAPSULE DISPENSER
The capsule storage rod can contain a number of capsules up to 300 pieces and be distributed into a mold one at a time. The operator places 100 pieces of empty capsules on an inclined buffer rod and manually feeds them into the storage rod at a time when the capsules come to an end. Pneumatic drive, can be upgraded to servo drive. There is no tracking unit for the capsule sensor. When the sensor detects that there is no capsule inside the mold plate, it is not filled and sealed, this prevents the loss of coffee. This function can be suspended on HMI.
VACUUM FEEDER
With the vacuum feeding device, it can automatically load coffee into the loading funnel. A sensor is installed on the loading hopper to determine the coffee level, a low-level vacuum feeder starts loading coffee and stops when the coffee level reaches the upper level. The vacuum feeding tube should be placed inside the coffee storage tank. Otherwise, the operator will serve coffee in 30 minutes manually by hand.
FILLING UNIT
All parts in contact with coffee are made of SUS304. The volume of the hopper is 15 liters. Servo drive, high filling accuracy, less error +/- 0,05-0,1 grams. The mixing motor is located inside the hopper with an adjustable speed, which ensures more uniform coffee whipping and constant coffee pressure. The filling grams can be adjusted on the HMI by setting the pulse and rotation speed. The hopper is mounted on a movable rod, the operator can easily move and clean the hopper. NITROGEN WASHING UNIT

COFFEE PRESSING UNIT AND CAPSULE RIM CLEANING

Thanks to the capsule edge cleaning system, which sucks the remaining coffee from the capsule edge after filling, good tightness is achieved.
DISPENSER OF FOIL CAPS

The vacuum generator first forms a vacuum suction, the one-piece lid will be picked up by the rubber vacuum suction cup in the upward direction, the suction cup direction is switched by the air cylinder, the suction cup face down, the vacuum suction closes, and the lid falls on the filler capsule, the vacuum suction cup. return to the starting position and select another cover.
THERE IS NO LID TRACKING SENSOR
When the sensor detects that there is no lid on the filled capsule, the machine stops, a three-color warning lamp lights up for troubleshooting, the operator manually puts one lid on the capsule, starts the machine. This is used to prevent coffee loss and ensure the cleanliness of the machine. This function can be suspended on HMI.
SEALING UNIT
Pneumatic sealing, specially designed sealing unit, the sealing surface of the capsule is uniform and beautiful. High quality copper sealing head, high thermal conductivity and stable temperature. Constant temperature (intelligent temperature control), high-quality Omron temperature controller and solid-state relay. Sealing time, sealing temperature are adjustable.
OUTPUT BLOCK
The output system consists of a vacuum generator, a vacuum suction cup, a rotating air cylinder and a conveyor belt with a length of 1 meter. The vacuum generator first forms a vacuum suction, the sealed capsule will be assembled by a rubber vacuum suction cup, which is mounted on a movable lever that is driven by a rotating air cylinder, the suction cup touches and extracts the capsule from the mold plate during the movement of the lever, the vacuum suction cup closes and the capsule falls onto the conveyor belt, the vacuum suction cup returns to its original position. position and picks up another capsule.
AIR CYLINDER MOVEMENT TRACKING UNIT
Pneumatic cylinders when filling, sealing stations with a magnetic limit switch. The air cylinder does not work due to moist compressed air from the air compressor or an idle solenoid value. It will send the signal back to the PLC if it is working, otherwise the PLC will not receive the signal. In the absence of a signal from the PLC, the turntable does not move.
