Capsule polishing and sorting equipment CC-10

Capsule polishing and sorting equipment is a kind of capsule polisher with sorting function. It not only polishes capsules and tablets, but also removes static electricity and sorts capsules and tablets with underweight, defective capsules, chipped tablets or pieces of tablets or capsules. The equipment is suitable for processing all capsule sizes without the need to replace any parts. The capsules are fed from the capsule filling equipment. A rotating brush transfers the capsules to a clean tank where it polishes and dedusts the capsules. Broken particles and capsule fragments are removed by a vacuum suction cup, after which the brush passes the capsules to the tank exit. In the sorting section, clean compressed air collects capsules with below normal weight, splinters and fragments into a collector. The compressed air pressure is displayed on the decompression filter’s measuring valve, which can be adjusted to suit different requirements. The finished capsules are ejected to the outside.
