An industrial spheronizer for the production of granules. The cutting teeth on the centrifugal rotary platform, when rotating at high speed, cut the incoming cylindrical strip material (strip) into a short cylindrical granulate of a certain length (in proportion to the diameter of the column). Due to the combined action of the centrifugal force of the rotary platform, the friction force between the granules and the toothed plate, the walls of the container and the granules, as well as the air pressure force between the rotary plate and the walls of the container, all the granules are in a three-dimensional transverse-helical rolling motion, forming a smooth grinding action and converting the granulate into spheroids.
