blister machine — A type of pharmaceutical packaging equipment. Used for automatic formation of cell packs from PVC roll material. The machine automatically fills the cells with the product - tablets, capsules, dragees, liquids and pastes. After filling the cells, the equipment seals the surface of blisters with aluminum foil or other heat sealable films.

Additional information

The machine is semi-automatic and is mounted on a table. Before use, the customer must order an aluminum die of his own design from the manufacturer and have ready blanks of empty blisters. Aluminum foil is partially welded to the blisters. Manually place the empty blister into the aluminum die, fill all cells of the blister with tablets or capsules, and cover with aluminum foil on top. Move the aluminum mold inside, turn on the temperature controller and set the desired heating temperature, then press the foil against the PVC with the lever manually. After a pause, remove the aluminum mold and take out the finished blister.
