1) TRAINING IN THE OPERATION OF TEA PACKING MACHINES.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of packaging and packing tea. We conduct consultations by phone and by correspondence, help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used tea bag packing equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF TEA BAGS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for preparing tea for packaging. At the customer’s request we will choose the model of filling or packing machine, equipment for packing tea in cardboard boxes, machines for wrapping boxes with cellophane.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic tea bagging machines with label and thread, manual tabletop tea bagging machines and supply spare parts for packaging equipment purchased in our company.

Additional information
The tea prepared for packing is loaded into the storage hopper. The portions are dosed using the volumetric method. The table with holes rotates and the portions are moved to the bag forming zone. Filter paper from the roll is fed into the dosing zone. The machine forms a sachet with three seams. A thread is mechanically wound from the bobbin to which a paper label is attached. The label blanks are in the roll. After the tea bag is formed, the thread is mechanically wrapped around the bag and moved by conveyor belt to the packaging unit. An envelope is formed from the roll material into which the teabag is automatically placed. The finished packs are loaded into a cardboard box at the bottom of the machine. The expiration date and batch number are printed by a special printer, which is included in the delivery set. The required settings and parameters are adjusted by the operator on the electronic control panel.
