Additional information

The tea prepared for packing is loaded into the storage hopper. The portions are dosed using the volumetric method. The table with holes rotates and the portions are moved to the bag forming zone. Filter paper from the roll is fed into the dosing zone. The machine forms a sachet with three seams. A thread is mechanically wound from the bobbin to which a paper label is attached. The label blanks are in the roll. After the tea bag is formed, the thread is mechanically wrapped around the bag and moved by conveyor belt to the packaging unit. An envelope is formed from the roll material into which the teabag is automatically placed. The finished packs are loaded into a cardboard box at the bottom of the machine. The expiration date and batch number are printed by a special printer, which is included in the delivery set. The required settings and parameters are adjusted by the operator on the electronic control panel.
