1) TRAINING ON THE INDUCTION SEALING MACHINE.
All our customers who have purchased an automatic line for packaging of capsules and tablets into plastic bottles are provided with literature on the basics of packaging and capping. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve difficulties arising during production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. 2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF CAPSULES AND TABLETS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for packaging tablets and gelatin capsules. At the customer’s request, we will select the model of counting and filling machine, machines for feeding caps and capping, equipment for sealing the neck of the bottles with membranes to control the first opening, machines for placing in the bottles of bags removing moisture, labeling equipment.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic machines for induction welding of first opening control membranes of plastic bottles, manual tabletop machines for counting tablets and capsules, supply spare parts for tablet and capsule filling equipment purchased from our company.

Additional information
Desktop automatic induction machine for sealing and welding aluminum foil of first opening control on the necks of plastic bottles works as follows. The customer must purchase plastic bottles and caps by himself. Aluminum foil liners shall be placed in the caps. After the bottles are filled with tablets or capsules, the caps must be screwed on tightly. The closed bottles are then placed on the conveyor table of the induction machine. It is necessary to adjust the height of the induction plate to the height of the bottle. The gap must be kept to a minimum. Then, following the instructions, the machine must be programmed. Moving along the conveyor belt under the induction plate, the foil liners will be welded securely to the edge of the bottle necks. This machine applies the electromagnet principle of induction heating. Using non-contact induction heating of inductive foils and aluminum foil, the foil and bottle are joined together. Tightly sealing on the bottle neck instantly after heat melting so as to achieve the goal.
