2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF CAPSULES AND TABLETS.

Additional information
Desktop automatic induction machine for sealing and welding aluminum foil of first opening control on the necks of plastic bottles works as follows. The customer must purchase plastic bottles and caps by himself. Aluminum foil liners shall be placed in the caps. After the bottles are filled with tablets or capsules, the caps must be screwed on tightly. The closed bottles are then placed on the conveyor table of the induction machine. It is necessary to adjust the height of the induction plate to the height of the bottle. The gap must be kept to a minimum. Then, following the instructions, the machine must be programmed. Moving along the conveyor belt under the induction plate, the foil liners will be welded securely to the edge of the bottle necks. This machine applies the electromagnet principle of induction heating. Using non-contact induction heating of inductive foils and aluminum foil, the foil and bottle are joined together. Tightly sealing on the bottle neck instantly after heat melting so as to achieve the goal.
