High-speed rotary tablet press for the production of dishwasher tablets in one and three layers, as a means of production in powder tabletting. Model RZS-27 is an automatic carousel type rotary tablet press. The scheme of operation of the press consists in transferring, by means of a gearbox, the rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which the rotor is located. The rotary tablet press is designed for pressing granulated powder tablets. The capacity is adjustable, with a maximum of 48000 tablets in 1 hour. This rotary press model adopts fully enclosed compartment in an insulated compartment. The cleanliness of finished tablets is ensured without creating cross contamination on the outside.
The compression compartment is completely made of stainless steel, in accordance with the requirement of GMP, for drug manufacturing. Chrome plated steel rotor surface to avoid wear and tear. The speed control and performance is controlled by frequency converter. The motor is connected with plate to avoid vibration and shaking during operation.
Overload protection device is in the machine to avoid damage from shocks and apparatuses, when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically. The gear drive of the machine adopts fully enclosed oil lubrication with long service life to prevent cross contamination. All controllers and devices are located separately from the machine, for easy operation, the series machines have protective for broken top punches. The rotor speed is adjustable. We complete this press with molds : dies of different diameters (from 12 to 50 mm) and punches. Punches with a long body are upper and installed in the upper part of the press. Punches with short body and long working part are lower and their task is to push the tablet out of the die. They are installed in the lower part of the press. The press operates in automatic mode. Before plugging the press into the network and starting work, it is necessary to carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debugging wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the wheel. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must correspond to the arrow. The powder is loaded into the press through a funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and reinstalled. The powder is fed from the hopper via a feeder. An active feeder with forced powder feeding into the die is also available. When the rotor of the press rotor rotates, the powder is fed inside the matrix, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface.
