Tablet press which can be used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, powder metallurgy for the production of tablets, briquettes and boluses from loose powder materials. From the feed hopper, the powder is dosed into the die. Direct pressing of powder and granular materials is used. The tablet is produced by two punches (upper and lower) in the matrix. By changing the press tool it is possible to produce tablets with diameter from 6 to 20 mm. The maximum height of finished tablets is 13 mm. The design of the press provides installation of one, two and three position punches, thus for one pressing cycle can be obtained 3 tablets with diameter of 7 mm, or 2 tablets with diameter of 10 mm or 1 tablet with diameter of 20 mm. The press works in automatic mode. Before plugging the press into the network and starting work, it is necessary to carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debugging wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the wheel. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must correspond to the arrow. The powder is loaded into the press through a funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and reinstalled. The powder is fed from the hopper via a feeder. As the press rotates, the powder is fed into the die, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. There is a control unit on the body of the press.
