Additional information

Desktop machine that allows using pre-made blister blanks to fill manually with capsules, press and weld a layer of aluminum foil. It has the function of embossing expiration date and production date. Attention – the machine does not form blisters, but only welds the foil. Blister blanks can be purchased from us. The machine is installed on the table. Before use, the customer must order from the manufacturer an aluminum matrix of his own design, and have ready blanks of empty blisters. Manually place the empty blister into the aluminum die, fill all cells with tablets or capsules, and cover with aluminum foil on top. Move the aluminum mold inside, turn on the temperature controller and set the desired heating temperature, then press the foil against the PVC with the lever manually. After a pause, remove the aluminum mold and take out the finished blister.
