Additional information
The filling head can be easily disassembled by the operator, no specialist is required, quick cleaning and reassembly. The basic structure includes control box, frame, filling head, manual handwheel, weighing platform, compressed air connector. SUS 304 stainless steel filling head and Teflon coated ball valve (optional SUS 316). DF-03 series is integrated with LCD which fully controls the filling process, guaranteeing accurate filling. Automatic / manual selection of operation mode. 2-stage control value for fast and slow filling. Ability to continue an interrupted filling cycle. Reliable for empty container detection, container plug displacement. Options : 1250mm roller conveyor for DF-03 (movable wheels with brake), evaporation pump reduces operator exposure to irritating vapors. The filling speed may vary depending on the fluid characteristic or the supply voltage.
