Unique series of automatic machines for filling and sealing glass ampoules. The models differ from each other in minor options, dosage and capacity. The ampoules are taken from the hopper and then transported by conveyor belt to the filling machine. Dosage is controlled by the operator within the machine’s capabilities. Filling into glass ampoules is carried out by a group. The machine places a group of ampoules under the needles, the conveyor stops and the needles are lowered into the ampoules. The filling of the ampoules follows. The glass ampoules are then moved to the burner area. The burning temperature and flame intensity are also controlled. Once the neck of the ampoule is heated, special clamps are used to shape the top of the ampoule. The upper part has a rounded contour and a regular uniform shape. The height of all finished ampoules and the roundness are repeated continuously without variation. Caution, an ampoule washing and drying machine is required for the operation of the glass ampoule filling and sealing machine. And also a sterilization machine for internal injections.
