Additional information

From the receiving hopper, the lids are fed into the orientation system, where the lids assume the desired position. The caps are then automatically loaded into the guide system, which forms the capping unit. The filled bottles are conveyed along a conveyor belt to the capping unit where the caps are aligned with the bottle necks. Then the corked bottles are moved to the system of rollers where the caps are screwed on to the stop. After capping, the bottles are moved to a machine for induction welding of aluminum membranes to the necks of plastic bottles. The membranes are inserted into the caps in advance with the correct side. The capping and screwing equipment includes a storage hopper, a vertical cap conveyor, a capping unit and a cap screwing unit, and a horizontal bottle conveyor.
