This model of granulator is a simple mechanical device that rubs the moistened powder through holes in a mesh or stainless steel sheet. You put the moistened mass on the grid, with a plastic or steel spatula, wiping the powder through the grid with rubbing movements from side to side. In this way you will get samples of the granules. The quality of the granules depends on the combination of the substance that is moistened and the amount of this liquid in the mass of the powder.
