The high efficiency wet granulator mixer is used for the most common international granulation method. Mixing and pelletizing processes are integrated in one machine. The powder material is poured into a fixed conical container and is continuously mixed by the granulator blades with the gradual addition of binder until a homogeneous mass is formed. The frequency of the granulator blades is controlled according to the various parameters of different materials to achieve better granulation results. The main unit provides PLC control system. The granulation parameters are matched to different product characteristics. The mixing tank and pelletizer blades are made of stainless steel, and the gap between them does not exceed 1.5mm to achieve high mixing quality. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
