The vacuum system utilizes a vortex air pump that extracts air. The material absorption spigot inlet and the whole system is made to be in vacuum condition. Bulk materials are absorbed into the spigot with the surrounding air and form a common flow. Passing the absorption pipe, the materials enter the hopper where the air and material are separated. The separated materials are directed to the material receiving unit. In the vacuum feeder unit, an opposing compressed air blowing device is installed. Each time the materials are discharged, the compressed air is pulsed to blow the opposite side of the filter. Powder attached to the filter surface is blown off to ensure normal material absorption. The vacuum filler is a vacuum filling apparatus, using a pneumatic vacuum pump as the vacuum source. Using vacuum, fillers can be fed directly from the container into a mixer (blender), reactor, hopper, flat press, packer, vibrating sieve, drayage boiler and disintegrator. The use of this device can alleviate labor intensity, put an end to powder contamination and ensure GMP compliance. Compressed air enters the vacuum pump and discharge hopper. The vacuum filler forms an air stream under vacuum. The material controlled by this air flow is fed into the vacuum hopper via a hose. After some time (the time required for the above process) the compressed air is separated, the pneumatic vacuum pump cannot produce (generate) vacuum and the discharge hopper, controlled by the pneumatic cylinder, opens. The vacuum in the vacuum filler disappears and the material is automatically fed to the press and packing device. At the same time, the compressed air trapped in the air bag blows the filter in the opposite direction, resulting in automatic filter cleaning. After some time, the whole process starts again and goes through a new cycle. The vacuum filler is equipped with an automatic control of the level of the material being fed. When the material level is higher than the portion in the hopper of the material supplying device, the vacuum filler stops filling, but when the material level is lower, the vacuum filler starts to operate automatically.
