To answer your questions:

1. If you are only using one capsule size, such as 3, I would recommend a 2 or 3 mold (the silver ring with holes in the file photo).
If you will have multiple capsule sizes, you will need to buy your own complete extra set of parts for each (pictured in the file photo).
2. If you put one operator, the capacity will be 15,000 capsules per hour. If using 2 rings and two operators, up to 25,000 per hour.
3. Any gelatin capsule consists of two halves (see drawing in the file).

There is one half (blue in the drawing) that is filled with powder under the edge. The other half (green cap), if you look at the drawing of the capsule, you will see that there is also a void inside the capsule. But in any case, the machine fills to the edge of the blue half of the capsule. There can be no weight or other dosage in principle.

4. For dedusting and polishing capsules use special equipment (capsule polisher), we sent you a description.
5. The equipment will be delivered to you ready to use immediately. There is a detailed instruction in USAn, we send it. In any case, we recommend that you find an employee who will understand and maintain this machine.
