If you want to make a lot of different designs of tablets, the DP-30 model is more cost-effective. If you need high productivity and the cost of molds is not embarrassing, then buy a rotary press. We have a blister machine model for both large and small blisters.

There is also a paradox – you need physically a very small number of tablets, but the size of blisters can only be obtained by using quite expensive blister machine models.

I suggest to you the only reasonable solution, in my opinion, is to contract out the tablets for blister packaging. This will be more profitable than having an expensive blistering machine idle.

1. Buy any of my suggested press models, order one type of press mold for it. Start pressing processes and additives selection on this press.
2. When you work out the technology – order additional molds for other types of tablets. You will make a lot of tablets of different types.
3. While you are engaged in pressing tablets, find (perhaps with my help) packaging in blisters under contract. At the volumes you mentioned, it is easier to pay for this than to buy a blister machine.
