Semi-automatic blister machine for table top installation. Before use, the customer can order an aluminum die of his own design from us, and receive blister blanks of empty blisters. Manually place the blister blanks into the aluminum die, fill all the cells with tablets or capsules using a mechanical device that distributes the tablets or capsules into the cells and cover with aluminum foil on top. Move the aluminum mold inside, turn on the temperature controller and set the desired heating temperature, then use a lever to manually press the foil against the PVC. After a pause, remove the aluminum mold and take out the finished blister.
