The contours of future cells are formed from rolled aluminum, then tablets or gelatin capsules fall into the cells from the storage hopper, after the thinner foil from the roll covers the finished blister, the pressure plate with a heater fixes the thin foil with the base of thicker foil. A punching mechanism cuts the contours of the finished blister. At the customer’s request, the machine can be equipped with a unit for dividing the blister into fragments, longitudinal and transverse cuts allow to divide the blister into fragments without breaking the integrity of cells.
