1) TRAINING ON POWDER FILLING MACHINES.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of powder dosing into bottles. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used powder dispensers into bottles.
2) WE COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION WITH POWDER FILLING.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the preparation of powder mixtures. At the customer’s request we will select the model of powder mixing equipment, granulators, machines for washing and sterilization of bottles, labeling equipment.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic machines for filling powders into bottles, manual tabletop machines for granule dispensers and supply spare parts for equipment for filling into bottles purchased in our company.

Technical specifications
Vials with lapped corks – used for packaging of powders with volatile substances. Sachet bags (from the French for “sack”) – are formed from multilayer * polymer films or combined materials, which may include foil, paper, fabric, etc. The number and properties of the layers (material structure) are determined by the features that the packaging material must have. Once the package is formed, it is filled. Depending on the properties of the product being packaged, filling can be done with a volumetric or screw dispenser, flow meter based dispenser, piece dispenser, etc. The last stage is the sealing of the package.
Additional information
There are several sealing options: welded seam or a combination of welded seam and reusable zipper. Recently, the installation of screw cap valves, which are sealed after filling, has become very popular. Gelatin capsules – this type of packaging has a number of advantages: protects the mucous membrane of the digestive tract from irritation, promotes the passage of drugs (pancreatin) in unchanged form through the stomach, masks unpleasant odor or taste of the drug (quinine, extract of male fern). Gelatin capsules are convenient for dispensing hygroscopic substances.
