Blister machine that allows, using pre-made blister blanks, to fill manually with capsules, press and weld a layer of aluminum foil using compressed air. Attention – the machine does not form blisters, but only welds the foil to the PVC blank. Blister blanks can be purchased from us. The machine is installed on the table. Before use, the customer must order from the manufacturer a blister matrix of his own design, and ready blanks of empty blisters. Manually place the empty blister into the blister mold, fill all cells with tablets or capsules, and cover with aluminum foil on top. Move the aluminum mold inside, turn on the temperature controller and set the desired heating temperature, then the pneumatic system will press and hold the foil welding it to the PVC blister. After a pause it is necessary to remove the blister mold and take out the finished blister. Welding quality is consistent with industrial versions of automatic blister machines. A compressed air or air compressor is required.
