Tabletop machine for counting and filling tablets and gelatin capsules consists of a housing in which an electric motor 220V is installed. The motor has control and can be programmed for periodic switching on and off. An open-type container is fixed on the base, in which tablets or gelatin capsules are poured. Through the central hole in the base passes the axis of the electric motor, to which the operator manually fixes a transparent plastic disk. On the radius of the disk are made cells of a certain shape (corresponding to the size of tablets or capsules). During operation, tablets or gelatin capsules fill the cells. The rotation of the plastic disk moves the tablets or capsules to the discharge area. The flaps prevent the remaining tablets or capsules from entering. The product exits the container only through the cells of the disk. Optical sensors monitor the number of cells that have already transferred tablets or capsules into the container. The operator programs the number of tablets and capsules to be counted and the pause time to change the container. The rotation speed of the disk is constant, but the number of cells in the disk is greater the smaller the size of the tablet or capsule. If the minimum tablet or capsule size is equal in time, the tablets or capsules will be counted at a higher capacity. The cost of plastic disks and their quantity in the delivery is additionally negotiated.
